Library Design, Hong Kong Baptist University Affiliated School-Wong Kam Fai Secondary and Primary School

Library of Hong Kong Baptist University Affiliated School-Wong Kam Fai Secondary and Primary School design and construction by PLOTCREATIVE located in ShaTin, N.T.. When PLOTCREATIVE designer Oscar interviewed locals, it was unanimous: ‘The symbol is river.’ That set his goal for the space: to connect students to the library and the Nature river by evoking this feeling of attachment. This resulted in a flowing landscape of bookshelves, emulating the form and movement of the body of water. Oscar shifts from the traditional focus of the-space-we-have-designed-has-bookshelves-in-it to the-bookshelves-we-have-designed-set-the-tone-of-the-whole-space.

Concept was inspired by Nature. It was design multi-function. Its can be transform from one of the open reading space to two space of studying & reading space. It can be deal with the exam’s learning request. Also we are design an nature mood that the student can be open-mind.

Education Design, BBB Learning Centre II

BBB Learning Center II designed by PLOTCREATIVE located in Ban Tian, S.Z. Design concept was inspired by Kid’s Playful. Playful kids are spontaneous and creative. They tend to be present-oriented and spirited, and they engage in their worlds without a particular goal in mind. Playful children simply like to play more than many of their peers. Playfulness is often associated with being happy, imaginative, lighthearted and free.

There is a consensus among prominent childhood experts that playfulness is a positive trait that leads to a sense of happiness and joy. The opportunity to play freely, or playfulness, contributes to psychological health, learning and a richer life.
